Mit Hilfe eines Zuschusses der ILB und der EU, wurde eine Lösung entwickelt, die den Handel von Software-Lizenzen auf dem Sekundärmarkt (sogenannte Gebrauchtsoftware) für den europäischen Markt erleichtert.
Um den Eigentumsübergang nachzuweisen, werden die Transaktionen mit Hilfe von Distributed-Ledger-Technologien (DLT) gespeichert. Das Verfahren entspricht den Anforderungen der Europäische Gerichtsbarkeit (Urteil vom 3. Juli 2012) und DIN SPEC 4996.
With the help of a grant provided by the ILB and the EU, a solution was developed to facilitate the trade of software licenses on the secondary market (so-called used software) for the European market.
To provide evidence of the transfer of ownership, the transactions are stored using distributed ledger technologies (DLT). The process complies with the requirements of the European jurisdiction (judgement dated July 3, 2012) and DIN SPEC 4996.
