One option to add licenses is to have an import via the VLSC import.

This could be your option of adding a bulk license import if you have your license information already listed in the VLSC system. Please consider that your distributor, reseller, Microsoft itself or your team could have made these entries, so there could be mistakes. This is the license information that Microsoft sees considering your organization. 

General structure

You need to add your credentials, which are your Microsoft logins. To do so you need to press the right upper main action button in red New Import. Then add your Microsoft ID and credentials.

If you imported successful your license entries, you have see an entry as in the following screen. Please click there on the View button to see your VLSC imports.
