As a second steps you need to upload the right documents to proof your license ownership.

Undertake this step to step guide

1. Look for the right documents (Contracts, Proof of purchase, Maintenance)
2. Upload them and classify them
   1. Proof of purchase (Order for Microsoft)
   2. Maintenance Contract (Software Assurance for Microsoft)
   3. Enterprise contracts (Enrollments for Microsoft)
   4. Proof of insolvency (proof that the license owning company won’t operate anymore and thus can sell their licenses instead of proofing deinstallations)

1. Optional check if a document already exist (contracts or maintenance agreements)
2. Click Next for the 3rd Lizenz Workflow Step

Note:

Software publishers have different names for the relevant documents.
Import Microsoft documents are software assurance, enrollments and orders
